Greenwich Terminal Crane Delivery (Update 1)

The Captain of the Port, Delaware Bay, has removed all safety zones associated with the Packer Avenue/Greenwich Terminals crane delivery. Vessel traffic patterns modified by these safety zones have returned to normal.
