MSIB 14-18 RETURN TO NORMAL PORT CONDITION

The Captain of the Port (COTP), Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the port has returned to NORMAL PORT CONDITION in the Delaware Bay and River, Cape May Harbor and Canal, and the New Jersey ICW. There are no navigational restrictions.
