***UPDATES TO SEASONAL ICE PROCEDURE***

Updates are as follows:

-Steel hull requirement for the Delaware Bay has been removed. The requirement for steel hulls in the Delaware River Remains in effect.

-Steel hull is required for transit in the "Back Bay" area of the New Jersey and Delaware shores.
