It is with much regret that the Mariners` Advisory Committee informs you of the passing of Captain H. Hickman Rowland on the evening of November 12th.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Andrew`s School, 350 Noxontown Road, Middletown, DE 19709. Burial will be private.
