SEASONAL ICE PROCEDURES
END OF ICE SEASON

The Captain of the Port (COTP), Delaware Bay is notifying mariners that Ice Season 2016-17 for the Delaware Bay Captain of the Port Zone has officially ended.

Although the unusually mild winter resulted in no significant ice formation, the COTP Delaware Bay appreciates
the continued vigilance and cooperation of the port community.
