NOTIFICATION OF HURRICANE SEASONAL ALERT

The Captain of the Port, Delaware Bay, has determined that Hurricane/Tropical Storm Hermine has diminished and poses no further threat to the port. The Port Condition has been downgraded from X-RAY (Modified) to a Seasonal Alert; this is an update to MSIB # 25-16. All normal cargo operations may resume throughout the Port at the discretion of terminal operators and within their own safety limitations due to the possibility of continued wind gusts over the next 48 hours.
