**Please see the below Broadcast Notice to Mariners. The towing vessel DUKE capsized and sank on the PA side of Marcus Hook Range, just outside of the channel in approx 30` of water. The current Safety Zone remains in effect requiring traffic to make passing arrangements with the Dredge ESSEX and vessels should be following the alternative traffic pattern that it put in place from September through December, annually, to accommodate the dredge work.

2. MARINERS ARE ADVISED THAT A TOWING VESSEL HAS SUNK OUTSIDE OF THE
CHANNEL ON THE PENNSYLVANIA SIDE OF MARCUS HOOK RANGE. THE TOWING VESSEL IS
LOCATED AT POSITION
39-48`34.3286"N 075-24`39.8954"W IN APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET OF WATER.
MARINERS ARE URGED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN TRANSITING THE AREA.
