The USCG issued a Temporary Final Rule establishing temporary regulations in support of the annual U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) dredging of Marcus Hook Range in the Delaware River. Anchorage restrictions and a safety zone affecting the Marcus Hook area of the Delaware River are in place every year from September 1 through December 31. The dredging operations taking place this year require the regulations to remain in place through February 28, 2014. The rule is effective without actual notice from January 14, 2014 until February 28, 2014.
