USCG: SAFETY ZONE for Fireworks display: Tuesday December 31st 1730-1900 and from 2330-0100 January 1st. ZONE: "Vicinity of Penn`s Landing". Mariners will not be allowed to transit the SAFETY ZONE during these times. See attached.
