A submerged abandoned anchor and anchor chain have been reported in Anchorage 2, northwest of Artificial Island, in the Delaware River, in approximate position latitude 39°30`26.1" N, longitude 75°32`49.7" W. The abandoned anchor is at a depth of 66 feet, charted depth. Mariners are requested to refrain from anchoring in this area and use extreme caution when transiting the area.
