MSIB 09-26 (Update 1) Return to Normal Port Condition (For High Winds)

The Captain of the Port (COTP), Sector Delaware Bay is notifying mariners that the port has secured from modified Port Condition WHISKEY and has returned to Normal Port Condition on the Delaware Bay and River, Cape May Harbor and Canal, and the New Jersey Intracoastal Waterway.

Mariners are reminded that Marine Safety Information Bulletin (MSIB) 05-26 Winter Port Condition Two and MSIB 08-26 Ice Condition Update, remain in effect.
