New Year`s Eve Firework Displays, Delaware River, off of Penn`s Landing

Two barge-based fireworks displays are scheduled to occur on the Delaware River adjacent to Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, PA. The first fireworks display will be from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on December 31, 2025, and the second will be from 11:45 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. on January 1, 2026. A safety zone will be in effect for the duration of each fireworks display to include all navigable waters within an 800-feet radius of the three fireworks barges located between the approximate positions 39°‎56.7125`N, 075°‎08.1781`W and 39°‎57.0065`N, 075°‎08.1153`W. Vessels may not enter, remain in, or transit through the safety zone during the enforcement periods unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or official on-scene patrol. Mariners may contact the official patrol on-scene via VHF-FM radio channels 13 or 16.
