MSIB 20-25 (Update 1) NAVY/MARINE CORPS HOMECOMING 250

The Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the Naval vessels in Philadelphia, PA, Camden, NJ, and Gloucester, NJ, for Navy/Marine Corps Homecoming 250, have departed.

Traffic patterns are returned to normal. All restrictions related to the Naval vessels and Navy/Marine Corps Homecoming 250 have been removed.
