Safety Zone, Barge-Based Fireworks Display, Delaware River

All mariners are advised that there will be a barge-based fireworks display on the Delaware River, in the vicinity of Penns Landing, in Philadelphia, PA, on October 15, 2025, from 6:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Coast Guard has established a safety zone for all navigable waters within 650-feet of both of the fireworks barges. Entry into the safety zone will be prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or an on-scene designated representative that can be reached via VHF radio channels 13 and 16 or via phone at (833) 453-1007. Vessels will be allowed to transit in the main navigation channel, in accordance with Marine Safety Information Bulletin (MSIB) 20-25, during the fireworks display.
