MSIB 21-25 NAVY/MARINE CORPS HOMECOMING 250 MILITARY DEMOSTRATION

The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP), Sector Delaware Bay, has established a temporary security zone for all navigable waters on the Delaware River in the vicinity of Penn’s Landing during a naval military demonstration on October 11, 2025, and October 12, 2025.

The security zone will include all navigable waters of the Delaware River within 1,000-yards of a barge in approximate GPS position 39°‎ 56.59`N, 075°‎ 08.16`W. The security zone will be enforced from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on October 11, 2025, and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on October 12, 2025. No vessel or person will be allowed to enter or transit the security zone during the demonstration. Mariners are reminded to heed the direction of all on-scene law enforcement vessels.
