All mariners be advised that there may be a collection of recreational vessels on the Delaware River, in the vicinity of the Commodore Barry Bridge, along the Pennsylvania shoreline, in the vicinity of Subaru Park in Chester, PA, from 5 p.m. to midnight, on September 12 and September 13, 2025. Mariners are requested to transit the area with extreme caution at the slowest safe speed to maintain navigation and minimize wake.”
