MSIB 15-25 PHILADELPHIA TO SEA MAINTENANCE DREDGING (Update 1)

The Captain of the Port (COTP), Sector Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the Coast Guard is now permitting only ONE VESSEL AT A TIME on a “first come, first served” basis in Marcus Hook Anchorage due to Philadelphia to Sea Maintenance Dredging operations in the area.
