Marcus Hook Anchorage Reservations

All vessels/vessel agents may begin making anchorage reservations for Marcus Hook Anchorage. The first available time for reservation will be 8 a.m. on July 3, 2025.

Vessels/vessel agents desiring to make a reservation for Marcus Hook Anchorage, please be reminded that a vessel must be at least 650 feet in overall length and must make the reservation at least 24 hours in advance, by contacting the Sector Delaware Bay Command Center at (215) 271-4807. The COTP will permit, at maximum, two vessels at a time on a “first come, first served” basis in the anchorage.

All vessels that are currently anchored in Marcus Hook Anchorage may remain in Marcus Hook Anchorage, but must depart the anchorage by 8 a.m. on July 3, 2025, if they do not have a reservation.
