Debris Removal Operation on the Delaware River, Philadelphia Harbor

All mariners be advised the tug NORTHSTAR INTEGRITY along with a crane barge will be conducting debris removal on the Delaware River, in Philadelphia Harbor, in the vicinity of Pier 14, in Olde Richmond, on the green side of the channel, in approximate position latitude 39° 58.31` N, 075° 06.58` W, on October 10, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the NORTHSTAR INTEGRITY can be contacted via VHF radio channels 13 & 16. Mariners a requested to transit the area with caution at the slowest safe speed to maintain navigation and minimize wake.
