Delaware River, Philadelphia Harbor, Submerged Objects
TWO SUBMERGED OBJECTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN THE DELAWARE RIVER, IN PHILADELPHIA HARBOR, IN THE VICINITY OF PIER 14, IN OLDE RICHMOND, ON THE GREEN SIDE OF THE CHANNEL. THE FIRST SUBMERGED OBJECT IS IN APPROXIMATE POSITION LATITUDE 39°58.32’N, LONGITUDE 75°06.58’W, AT A DEPTH OF 38.9 FEET AT MEAN LOW LOW WATER. THE SECOND SUBMERGED OBJECT IS IN APPROXIMATE POSITION LATITUDE 39°58.31’N, LONGITUDE 75°06.63’W, AT A DEPTH OF 38.5 FEET AT MEAN LOW LOW WATER. MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO USE CAUTION WHEN TRANSITING IN THE VICINITY.
