Barge TOR will be spudded down adjacent to the West pier of the Walt Whitman Bridge. The barge is 100 ft x 35 ft and will be on location through September 8th. Work will only be conducted during daylight hours and a small work boat will be tied up alongside the barge, also only during daylight hours. The contractor requests a slow bell from all mariners when transiting this area.
