***See attachment for full text***
The Captain of the Port, Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners of a submerged piece of dredge equipment that has
been reported just outside the red toe of the channel in the north end of Cherry Island range at approximate
position Latitude 39°44’l 5.8” N, Longitude 75°29’49.3” W, on the Delaware River. The submerged equipment is
marked with an orange buoy. Mariners are advised that traffic is restricted to one way on the green side of the
channel between Delaware River Lighted Buoy 32 (LLNR 3030) and Delaware River Lighted Buoy 36 (LLNR
3045) until the dredge equipment is recovered. Mariners are reminded to use extreme caution when transiting this
portion of the Delaware River as depth at mean low low water could be hazardous to navigation. Vessels drafting
over 32 feet should avoid this area and transit around the object.
