(Per Norfolk Dredging): The Dredge Essex will be completed with dredging on the green side of Cherry Island Range on Sunday morning (3/27). They will begin working the red side and request an hour notice to transit the range. The pipeline will still be on the green side and the dredge will move out of the way for inbound and outbound vessels.
