The Dredge Essex has completed its dredging operation on New Castle Range. The dredge will be shifting up to Marcus Hook Range to begin operations on Tuesday, August 31st. Restrictions on Marcus Hook Anchorage will go into effect at 0800 Tuesday morning. More details to follow.
