RETURN TO HURRICANE SEASONAL ALERT

The Captain of the Port (COTP), Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners of the return to Hurricane Seasonal Alert for the Delaware Bay COTP zone. Port Condition ZULU is lifted. There are no navigational restrictions at this time.
