USCG Homeport Internet Portal Migration to Version 2.0

The Captain of the Port, Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the U.S. Coast Guard`s Homeport Internet Portal will be migrating to version 2.0 from September 6, 2017 to September 12, 2017. During this time the website will be available, however, no new information will be posted or saved to the Portal. This will affect the following operations:

1: Any local MSIBs issued during this time will be posted to the Mariners` Advisory Committed for the Bay and River Delaware website. MSIBs will be located under the "Sector Delaware Bay Notices" section. The web address is: www.macdelriv.org.

2: Marine Event Permit Applications submitted through Homeport during this time will not be sent to the appropriate office for review and the information will not be saved for post migration submission. It is strongly recommended that tehse applications be submitted either before or after the updates take place. As an alternative, event organizers can download the Marine Event Permit Application from Homeport and email it to Sector Delaware Bay`s Waterways Management Branch at SecDelBayWWM@uscg.mil or fax it to the Sector Delaware Bay Command Center at 215-271-4833.

If you have any questions about the impact of this evolution, please feel free to contact Sector Delaware Bay`s Waterways Management Branch at 215-271-4814/4889 or by email at SecDelBayWWM@uscg.mil.
