The safety zone will encompass all waters of Christina River, 200 yards upriver and downriver of the salvage operation in approximate position 39o 43’10”N, 075o 31’10”W, adjacent to the Port of Wilmington, Delaware. The safety zone will be active when salvage operations are active the salvage master will display a Sierra flag and audibly sound a ship’s whistle with four short blasts at the start and end of salvage operations. Entry into, transiting, or anchoring within the safety zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Delaware Bay, or her on-scene representative.
