Delaware River - Walt Whitman Bridge

Painting of the suspension spans and towers will be conducted from October 19, 2015 to March 31, 2018, between 0700 and 1500 daily. A work platform extending 3 feet beneath the lower portion of the bridge will be installed over the entire length of the bridge. The vertical clearance of the bridge will be reduced by 3 feet to approximately 136 feet above MHW.
