The following is forwarded for your information on behalf of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection:
To all Concerned Parties,

Beginning November 2, all arriving vessels calling the area of responsibility of Customs and Border Protection/ Port of Wilmington (1103), will need to coordinate the Entrance, Clearance, Boarding, and Scheduling with Port of Wilmington Vessel Central. Below you will find telephonic contact information, and an email address for Notice of Arrivals, 3171s, 408s, and any other pertinent information. Beginning November 2, any arrival information inadvertently sent to Philadelphia Vessel Central will be returned, in order to complete correct routing.
