ATLANTIC COAST PORT ACCESS ROUTE STUDY UPDATE

The Captain of the Port Sector Delaware Bay advises all mariners that the interim report for the Atlantic Coast Port Access Route Study is available for review. The U.S. Coast Guard is currently seeking comments regarding the contents of the report. The deadline for comments is October 11, 2012. Anyone wishing to make comments can get information on the report from the September 11, 2012 Federal Register Vol. 77; No. 176.
