Marcus Hook Dredging (per NDC):
The NDC subline in the anchorage was not able to be completely removed from the anchorage on 10/8. It was moved over, so that it is all now within 350 of the eastern side of the anchorage. The head section and all anchors have been removed from the anchorage. The anchorage is still limited to one ship at the south end until the pipe is completely removed.
